After your Child Data and Parent and Teacher Forms have been received by the ESSP project staff, they will be rapidly processed. An Individual Profile that summarizes information from three sources - the child, the parent/guardian, and the teacher, will be generated for each child. The Individual Profiles will have the students' ESSP ID numbers on them so that you can match them to the students on your Master List as you view the profiles. Your Summary Group Profile may also be obtained over the Web. The steps for doing so are delineated below.

Your Web-based data are available only through a User Name and Password that will be given to the ESSP Coordinator at your school when the data are available. If you do not wish to view, print, or download your Individual or Group Profiles via the Web, please contact ESSP project staff to make other arrangements.

How to View and Print ESSP Individual and Group Profiles

Open Internet Explorer (You can view profiles in Netscape but you cannot print them out properly in Netscape).

Go to: http://www.elementaryschoolsuccessprofile.com

Enter your User Name and Password (ESSP project staff will give you this information).

When asked "What would you like to do?", click on "View Individual Profiles." (Or select "View Group Profile.")

Select a school by clicking on it.

Select an individual profile by clicking on the appropriate number. (If you choose View Group Profile, the group profile will come up immediately.)

To print a profile, first change the orientation to landscape (either in "Page Setup" or in the print menu dialogue box).

Profiles are best printed in color. If you do not have a color printer, ESSP project staff will print your profiles and send them to you. You can still view profiles in color online.
